I cooked this up this previous Thursday. Here is the frozen tundra we had what Jason calls "snowmageddon" meaning we got ten inches of the white fluffy stuff. It was the prefect snowy day meal. Being there's only two of us and this could feed an army we are always left with plenty of leftovers which is just fine by me. Now days it seems its hard to pick up a magazine or peruse Pinterest without running into a recipe that has Kale in it.
